Looking for 2024 baseball card release dates, upcoming sets, and what’s already available? You’re in the right spot. This guide provides a comprehensive look at all the key dates, checklists, variations guides, price information, and other resources you need to stay on top of this year's baseball card releases.

We’ve organized this guide to show how releases are unfolding throughout the year, based on official announcements. Upcoming products are listed first, by release date, and you can easily switch to the “Already Released” tab to find those products, arranged alphabetically. Bookmark this page and visit regularly for updates—new sets and information will be added as they become available. This guide is your go-to resource for anything 2024 baseball card related.

What’s New for 2024 Baseball Cards?

Fanatics now has exclusive rights to MLB baseball cards, which means that their Topps and Bowman brands are the only official sources for cards featuring MLB logos, trademarks, and current players. As such, they continue to be at the forefront of 2024 baseball card releases.

While this guide mainly covers fully licensed products, there are other companies making 2024 baseball cards as well. Panini, for instance, still holds the licenses for USA Baseball and some collegiate products. After losing the MLBPA license in 2023, Panini pivoted toward cards featuring prospects and retired stars, while maintaining familiar brand names.

Collectors will also find 2024 baseball card options from companies like Leaf and Onyx Authenticated, offering further diversity in the marketplace.

Starting in 2023, Fanatics altered how they announce upcoming releases, usually giving details about a set only a month or so before it drops—sometimes even less. If you don’t see a particular product listed below, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s canceled, just that nothing has been officially announced yet.
