Fanatics Sets Down Roots in London With Its First European Flagship Store
The hobby just went global in a major way. Fanatics Collectibles has opened a new flagship store in London, and it’s already being called a turning point for collectors across Europe.
Located on the bustling Regent Street, one of the most famous retail destinations in the world, the new space spans over 8,600 square feet—and it’s not your average card shop. It’s a bold move that places trading cards and sports memorabilia right in the center of London’s culture and commerce.

A New Home for Europe’s Card Collectors
Until now, European collectors have mostly relied on online orders and the occasional card show to fuel their passion. That’s changing with this new store. According to Simon Rosenberg, Fanatics’ Head of Retail, the vision for the space is clear:
“It’s a place where international fans of all sports and interests, as well as the community, can discover, be surprised, delighted, and have a place to visit, hang out, and rip packs.”
This isn't just a retail location—it's a dedicated hub for hobbyists to come together, whether they’re into Premier League soccer, Formula 1, NFL, NBA, or Major League Baseball.

A Store That Reflects the Global Hobby
Fanatics is making a statement: collecting isn’t just for the U.S. anymore. London has become a hotbed of hobby activity, with events like the London Card Show drawing massive crowds since 2021. The popularity of shows, breaks, and trade nights has exploded in the UK—and Fanatics is tapping directly into that energy.
Their previous pop-up shop in London saw huge turnout, with fans packing in to buy boxes, trade hits, and meet fellow collectors. Now, the flagship promises that experience on a full-time basis—seven days a week.

Soccer, F1, and Beyond: What You’ll Find
Inside, collectors will find a wide array of sports products—not just from traditional U.S.-based leagues, but also heavily focused on global favorites. Expect strong selections of soccer and F1 cards, alongside Topps Chrome, Bowman, and Panini offerings. And yes, you’ll be able to buy memorabilia too—from signed jerseys to exclusive collectibles.
Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin even previewed the space on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of the shop’s layout and design ahead of its grand opening this Friday.

Setting a New Standard for What a Card Store Can Be
“In the U.S., card stores are highly independent,” Rosenberg noted. “We’re setting a precedent for what best-in-class looks like.”
That means more than clean shelves and big brands. The store is designed to create experiences—from live breaks to hobby education, guest appearances, and community-driven events. It’s built for collectors, both seasoned and new, to connect and celebrate the thrill of collecting in real time.

The Bottom Line
Fanatics’ London flagship isn’t just another retail outlet. It’s a sign of where the hobby is going—global, connected, and more accessible than ever. With a dedicated space for breaking, buying, trading, and building community, this store is about more than just what’s inside the box.
For collectors in the UK and across Europe, it’s the clearest signal yet: the hobby has arrived. And it’s here to stay.
