Topps has announced a groundbreaking release from its limited run of 2025 Tokyo Series Topps Now cards. In an unprecedented move, Los Angeles Dodgers stars Shohei Ohtani, Roki Sasaki, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto have come together to create their first-ever triple autograph card. This exclusive 1-of-1 card, titled "Debut a Dodgers Teammates in Tokyo Series," will be awarded to one fortunate collector who picks up their triple Topps Now offering.

In addition to this historic triple auto, both Ohtani and Sasaki are featured on solo Topps Now cards from the season-opening Tokyo Series. The series also spotlights Cubs rookie Matt Shaw, marking his MLB debut, and Tommy Edman, who celebrated the first home run of the 2025 campaign. Notably, Sasaki’s individual card highlights his MLB debut performance—recording three strikeouts, five walks, and a hit allowed over three innings while conceding one run—whereas Ohtani’s card commemorates his first home run of the season.

Topps has leveraged the high-profile Tokyo Series, which features some of baseball’s premier Japanese talents and two of the league’s most iconic franchises. The 2025 Topps Baseball Series 1 MLB Tokyo Series cards have generated considerable buzz, particularly due to a special 100-card insert collaborating with acclaimed artist Takashi Murakami. This insert showcases vibrant base card variations with a bright, floral design that has captivated collectors.

The announcement of the Ohtani-Sasaki-Yamamoto triple autograph card comes on the heels of another exciting reveal—a 1-of-1 dual auto card featuring Ohtani alongside Japanese baseball legend Ichiro, which was recently pulled from production. Both of these exclusive cards are expected to command strong market value, following a recent sale of a /10 dual auto card featuring Yu Darvish and Yamamoto for $750 on March 12.
