Buyers of the Topps NOW Victor Wembanyama Rookie of the Year card are encountering an unexpected variation in their deliveries—a glow-in-the-dark version that pays homage to his nickname, 'The Alien.'

The standard version of this card broke records, with 113,777 copies sold in just 72 hours. These cards are currently available on eBay for around $25.

Recently, it has come to light that a glow-in-the-dark version of the card is being received by some collectors. Although Topps has not announced the print run for these special cards, only 15 have been listed on eBay so far, with two additional cards already sold.

This glow-in-the-dark variation has sparked excitement and intrigue among collectors, turning the hunt for this unique version into an unexpected thrill for those who ordered the card.
