Topps is back in the Premier League game, unveiling its first collection of trading cards under a fresh licensing deal with the world’s most popular soccer league. The new Topps Premier League 2025/26 Trading Cards promise an upgraded collector experience, with a launch set for August 7 in the UK, August 21 internationally, and a September 17 hobby box release. Additional special sets are rolling out this fall, including the Countdown Calendar Exclusive (September 25) and the debut Golden Boot Tin (October 2).

Unlike Topps’ long-running Match Attax brand, this is a standalone collection featuring players from all 20 Premier League clubs in their 2025/26 kits. Fans can look forward to a mix of legends and today’s stars, plus the most autographs ever in a Topps soccer set and a broad spectrum of color parallels—15 different variations, ranging from unnumbered to ultra-low print runs like /499 all the way down to true 1/1s.

What’s inside the 2025/26 Topps Premier League set?

  • Rookie Cards: Featuring the “RC” logo, these cards showcase the debut trading cards for the league’s hottest new talents, always a favorite among collectors.
  • Chrome King Legend Cards: Using Topps’ premium Chrome technology, these inserts spotlight legendary players with rare parallels and limited autograph versions.
  • Gold Lion Cards: Semi-rare, shiny gold foil cards with the Premier League Lion logo, offering a stunning, high-gloss liquid-silver finish.
  • Premier Pull Cards: A “mega rare” mini-chase set with elite current stars and all-time greats.
  • Autograph Cards: Super rare, with ultra-limited parallel versions, packing more signatures than ever before in a Topps soccer release.
  • Diamond Rookie Cards: Ultra-rare, short-printed cards reserved for just 10 breakout rookies in the 2025/26 season, each marked with the RC logo.
  • Special Inserts: Sets like Perfect Storm, Heat Vision, Home Advantage, Headliner, Pro Precision, and Beast Mode add even more chase potential.

Topps’ return to the Premier League is poised to energize both hardcore collectors and casual fans. With exclusive autographs, next-gen parallels, and a deep checklist that blends new stars with football legends, this collection is set to be a fixture for the upcoming season.
