Weiss Auctions' latest catalog offers an impressive array of sports memorabilia, spanning four decades of Topps baseball card sets, autographs from legends like Babe Ruth, and a 1936 Berlin Olympic torch. Notably, the auction includes a rare autographed 1952 Topps Roy Campanella card, currently nearing $40,000 in bids, a unique find as it stands alone in the PSA Population Report.

The auction's highlights extend to Ruth's signed memorabilia, featuring a variety of items such as a 1946 Bloomingdale Troopers scorecard, a Hall of Fame postcard, a personalized photo, and a cut signature. Additionally, a Jackie Robinson signed index card from 1952 and an SGC 3 graded 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle card are up for grabs, alongside a nearly complete '52 Topps set.

Beyond these, the auction showcases a complete run of Topps sets from 1956-1979, including a 1986-87 Fleer Basketball set, all part of "The Toledo Collection." This collection brings together cards from the 1940s and 1950s, including a 1948-49 Leaf Jackie Robinson rookie (PSA 5), a 1950 Bowman Robinson (PSA 5), Leaf Ruth cards, and other Hall of Famers.

Pre-War cards are also featured, offering Goudey and T206 Hall of Famers. Autographed treasures include a unique 1937 Los Dragones team sheet with signatures from Josh Gibson, Satchel Paige, and James “Cool Papa” Bell, alongside signed baseballs from Jimmie Foxx and the 1922 American League champion Yankees featuring Ruth.

With over 400 lots, including a handwritten Connie Mack letter, a rare 1969-70 O-Pee-Chee Terry Sawchuk card, a 1956 Topps Mickey Mantle, and a collection of first-day covers from multiple sports, this auction promises something for every collector. Online pre-bidding is currently open, leading up to a live webcast finale at 10 AM Eastern time on Wednesday, March 27, offering a unique opportunity to own a piece of sports history.
