WWE star and lifelong Cleveland sports fan Mike "The Miz" Mizanin just made his unexpected debut in Major League Baseball — well, sort of. The multi-time wrestling champion and reality TV personality has been featured in the new 2025 Topps Series 2 baseball card set, commemorating his ceremonial first pitch at Progressive Field earlier this year.

While The Miz is no stranger to trading cards through WWE’s long-standing partnership with Topps, this marks his first appearance in a baseball product. His inclusion is part of an ongoing Topps tradition that highlights celebrity and athlete first-pitch appearances with special Short Print (SP) cards. These cards are produced in lower quantities than the main set, making them harder to find and more valuable to collectors.

Other names to receive similar treatment in recent sets include Travis Scott, Victor Wembanyama, and even musicians like Bad Bunny — all of whom were featured throwing out ceremonial pitches at MLB games.

The Miz, a native of Parma, Ohio, has always been vocal about his Cleveland roots. His first pitch moment at a Guardians game wasn’t just a cameo — it was a genuine tribute to his hometown and a proud milestone for the WWE veteran.

Known for his over-the-top personality and brash charisma, The Miz has built a career on standing out — from MTV’s The Real World to headlining WrestleMania. Now, he’s added another surprising accolade to his résumé: his very own baseball card.

Fans — and The Miz himself — were caught off guard when the card surfaced. He took to social media with a mix of shock and excitement, saying, “Wait, this is real?! I need this!” The card instantly became a must-have for fans of wrestling and baseball alike.

The 2025 Topps Series 2 set is available now, both online and in hobby shops. With the product already generating buzz, pulling a Miz SP could become one of the set’s most entertaining surprises.
