If it was pulled only 7 days after release date and already back from PSA to the collector, I see only one of two options. MAJOR conspiracy/shenanigans going on like an employee pulled it or it was never packed out. because even if it was pulled on street day, we all know PSAs turn around time is abysmal. Or it was pulled in Southern California and hand delivered for $2000 “walk through” service at PSA.
I have to wonder though. If you are going to keep it, fine. The bounty would have paid the same for a raw card, no grading required. So why pay $2k unnecessarily? If you just wanted to get it slabbed and then turn in for the bounty, why not go with SGC or ISA and save money?
