The high-end chromium set brings its trademark black foundation and continues to combine it with hits in bulk. Four of the seven cards in every hobby box are either an autograph or memorabilia card. Things kick off with the base set. It has 200 cards, highlighting some of the game’s top players from around the world. Both countries and clubs are represented on the checklist. Electric Etch cards anchor the many colorful parallels. Many of these look to the lines in the background to differentiate themselves. That said, there are also Flood versions that swap out the black backdrop for other shades and patterns. Among the hits are Jersey Autographs and Dual Jersey Ink that combine both signatures and swatches. Lightning Strike Signatures is another place to find autographs. Hobby boxes promise one additional insert as well. Die-cut designs are on display in both Supernova and Vitreous. Color Blast Black casts some shade on the popular short prints.
