2023-24 Topps Chrome Overtime Elite Basketball gives collectors a chance to look into the crystal ball and see what some of the sport’s future holds. And it does so with all the color and shimmer that Topps Chrome has to offer.
Not only are there a generous amount of Refractors in every box, there are also a pair of autographs.
The 100-card base set is all prospects from the program that prepares players for a possible pro career. As with past OTE sets, collectors might need some patience as there might not be a lot of immediate gratification. It could take several years before they make the NBA.
