2023 Clearly Donruss Football completes the brand’s trilogy for the season, running alongside Donruss and the chromium Donruss Optic. This time, the draw is acetate, giving all cards a plastic feel and transparent look.
Hobby boxes promise one autograph. Collectors can also expect another insert and two parallels spread across each box’s four packs.
A master base set has 100 cards, although it’s divided into two distinct sections. Veterans account for 50 cards. Another 50 are Rated Rookies, which average out to two per pack — the same as vets. These have a variety of parallels including colors like Blue and Red. Some use patterns such as new one-of-one Black Spider.
A total of 47 Clearly Rated Rookies Autographs are also on the checklist.
All base cards and Rated Rookies Autographs use the same design as the year’s flagship Donruss release. However, the acetate stock makes them stand out, lending a more premium feel as well.
