2023 Fleer Ultra Marvel Midnight Sons heads to the dark side of the comic universe. While the mood might be different from a lot of other Marvel trading cards, it keeps with Ultra’s premium roots. This includes lots of inserts and several opportunities for rarities and low-numbered cards.
The 100-card base set delves into Marvel’s horror realm with a brooding superhero team taking on magical monsters and villains. It comes with original art from a mix of artists. Numbered parallels, which switch up the color of the character’s name and set logo, include Blue, Orange, Red and one-of-one Gold Spectrum. Artist Autographs are also available.

Cracks in the Tombstone is a series of rip cards. These can be opened (and significantly damaged in the process) to reveal exclusive mini cards. These come in Rainbow Foil as well as numbered Red Foil and Gold Foil versions.
Ultrabilities are traditionally sized inserts that also use rainbow foil with their design.
More technology-infused chase sets include glow-in-the-dark Late Night Creep Concert and Hellfire, which take a page from EX by mixing acetate and foil.
