Product Overview

2023 Topps Chrome Formula 1 marks the fourth year for the racing card line. Like past years, there’s plenty of color, an assortment of inserts and a selection of autographs. New are cards from some of F1’s biggest stars from the past. Things start with a 200-card base set. It’s similar to previous installments where F1 racer cards are mixed with several subsets like Crew, Cars, Grand Prix Winners, Driver of the Day and Awards Winners. F2 is also part of the checklist. Five Legends bookend the set including Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher. The parallel lineup is a big one with every card getting more than 20 additional versions: Ten cards have Celebrations Variations. There are also 10 additional Image Variations. Autographs are not guaranteed in every 2023 Topps Chrome Formula 1 hobby box. Going by the odds, they average about every third box. More than 60 signers are available in Chrome Autographs, which are 1:57 packs and have the same design as the main set. Parallels can also be found in: The 2023 Topps Chrome Formula 1 checklist goes deep on other inserts with nine additional sets. Some are on the common side while several are extremely rare pulls. Camber (1:3 packs), Autos of 1977 (1:6 packs) and Speed Demons (1:6 packs) all should appear multiple times in every hobby box. These have additional Gold Refractors (/50), Gold Wave Refractors (/50), Orange Refractors (/25), Red Refractors (/5), Printing Plates (1/1) and Superfractors (1/1).
