2023 Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary Baseball is the most Heritage-esque set of the year that doesn’t have Heritage in the title. Now in its third year, the design moves up another year to 1954. But this is Topps Chrome so everything is jazzed and there are plenty of Refractors along for the ride.
Autographs are, too, landing at a rate of one per hobby box.
The base set is a mix of old and new. Old comes across in the design, which is based on 1954 Topps Baseball. The checklist also features retired players in with veterans and rookies (who were actually vets themselves by the time the set arrived).

New for 2023 are 1954 Topps Chrome City Variations. These have city landmarks added to the background. They’re available in special four-card packs that fall approximately one per case. Refractors packs are 1:10 cases.
Autographs come with on-card signatures and maintain the same 1954-inspired design as the base set.
