Product Overview

2023 Upper Deck Moon Knight delve into a darker corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (yes, it’s a television show but it all ties into the larger context that existed before Disney Plus was a thing). Capturing the strange and mysterious first season, highlights include autographs from a couple of major names. Hobby boxes deliver a variety of content including at least one insert and one parallel per pack. 2023 Upper Deck Moon Knight Checklist Overview The base set totals 90 cards. While much of that revolves around recapping the show’s six episodes, Ensemble and Behind the Scenes subsets bookend the beginning and end of the checklist. Parallels start with Sand, which are one per pack. Others include Sky Blue (/199), Midnight Blue (/50), foilboard Shattered Reflections (/32), Bronze (/10) and Printing Plates (1/1). Autographs and Other Inserts Autographs take on several forms, all with long odds. The overall list of signers isn’t a big one with just six actors. However, the show’s two biggest stars — Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke — are among them. There’s also F. Murray Abraham who won Best Actor at the 1985 Academy Awards for Amadeus. Besides several single-signature themes, the checklist has a selection of duals, triples and quads. Among the 2023 Upper Deck Moon Knight box hits are Acetate Antiquities. Totalling 24 cards, these have four levels of rarity ranging from 1:30 packs all the way up to 1:240. Autographed versions are numbered to 100. Taking a similar tiered approach is Lunar Phases. However, instead of going with strictly numerical levels, these are based on how the moon changes over the course of roughly a month. Know that your Waning Gibbous Scarlet Scarab is a lot more rare than your friend’s Waxing Crescent Khonshu. Showcasing two characters, Balance the Scales is another tough insert set. Standard versions are 1:90 packs while separately numbered short prints are 1:360 packs. Other insert themes on the 2023 Upper Deck Moon Knight checklist include Fist of Vengeance (1:2.5 packs), Chamber of the Gods (1:5 packs) and Travelers of the Night (1:15 packs). 2023 Upper Deck Moon Knight trading cards at a glance: Cards per pack: Hobby – 6Packs per box: Hobby – 15Boxes per case: Hobby – 12Set size: 90 cardsRelease date (subject to change): January 31, 2024 What to expect in a hobby box: Acetate Antiquities – 1 Autographs or Premium Inserts – 1 Total Additional Inserts – 15 Sky Blue or Midnight Parallels – 1 Sand Parallels – 15
