2024 Leaf Metal Baseball continues with the line’s evolution. For many years, it was an all-autograph release under the “Metal Draft” banner that focused exclusively (or 99 percent) on prospects. Here, autographs are still king but base cards have also been added to the mix. Current and retired stars also play a much more prominent role on the checklist. The product has two main configurations. Hobby boxes have seven cards, five of which are autographs. Ten of the 14 cards in every jumbo box have signatures. 2024 Leaf Metal Baseball Checklist Overview More than 100 signers are available across the entire 2024 Leaf Metal Baseball checklist. Most are up-and-comers but there are also lots of Hall of Famers, retired fan favorites and even some active players. Base Autographs are joined by a variety of subsets ranging from the retro-themed 1991 Leaf Autographs to some with die-cut designs like Top 100 and Dingers. Most autographs have a large number of parallels that mix a handful of colors and another handful of patterns. However, some sets are scarce. MeteOre, Lunararity, Graffiti Graphs and Ironclad are three such examples. These have just 10 copies each plus one-of-one Super Prismatic parallels. Dual and Triple Autographs are also available. As for the base set, it has 118 cards. Standard Silver Prismatic versions have 185 copies each.
