2024 Panini Prestige Football marks one of the season’s early releases. Like past years for the long-running line, rookies may make up a significant amount of the checklist but there’s actually a fair bit of variety with lots of inserts, parallels and autographs. Hobby Hybrid, commonly referred to as H2, boxes have multiple parallels and inserts per pack as well as lots of base Rookie Cards. With 400 cards, this is one of the larger base sets of the season. The majority of cards are veterans, although rookie content runs deep with 100 first-year players. Keeping with Prestige tradition, 10 of these RCs are short prints. These drop approximately four per H2 case or every fifth box. Among the parallels are H2-exclusive Galaxy versions that average out to one per pack. The Xtra Points theme is back for another year, anchoring much of the product’s parallels. Draft Day Signatures are also only in H2 packs. These use images from the 2024 draft and include on-card autographs. NFL Passport Signatures return as well. Like many Panini products, some inserts are a lot harder to find than others. Here, these include the fashion-forward Drip. There’s also World Wide and Nuclear, both of which have die-cut designs.
