2024 Panini Prizm Monopoly WNBA basketball cards can stand on their own or they can be integrated into the existing NBA board games released over the last couple of years. Combining traditional trading card elements with game play, there are lots of ways to approach them. It also gives collectors a chance to chase more colorful cards of Caitlin Clark and other members of the season’s strong rookie class. The set really isn’t a big one. Just 72 cards make up the main part of the product. The design is similar to other Prizm sets, most notably the thick borders and metallic shine. Also like virtually every other release under the Prizm banner, there are plenty of parallels. Background patterns come into play with many of them, however what makes most really stand out is the mash-up of Monopoly icons. Where else are you going to find “Mr. Monopoly” or “Deal” cards? Money Blast inserts are a play on Panini’s popular Color Blast cards. Here, there’s also Black Money Blast versions to chase. Other tough inserts include Millionaire Black and Millionaire White cards.
