2024 Panini Prizm NASCAR Racing marks one of the cornerstones of the sport’s card season. Not a lot has changed from recent years other than the checklist, but that’s to be expected at this point from a brand that is so engrained in the modern hobby. Color, signatures and inserts all play a part in the product. Hobby boxes deliver a trio of autographs plus lots of Prizms parallels — 22 to be exact spread over just 12 packs. Like all things Prizm, the chromium base set lays the foundation for pretty much all that follows. Here, there are multiple sections to the checklist. In addition to standard driver cards, there are 100 Rides cards that change the spotlight to the cars. Of course, there’s a full rainbow of parallels including Mojo, Purple, Black Gold and Gold Vinyl. Autographs come from a variety of racers past and present. Legendary Signatures, Patented Penmanship and Scripts are among the themes. There’s also Iconic Dual Autographs that have signatures from a pair of NASCAR’s top names. Other inserts are part of the checklist as well. This includes Color Blast, which are scarce finds and among the most popular chase sets in the hobby.
