Product Overview

Add 2024 Topps Diamond Icons Baseball to the list of late-season luxury-level releases. Although not exclusively, the checklist leans heavily into autographs. That said, there are some memorabilia cards and other inserts that offer other precious elements. Not only is every card on a super-premium level, but there’s quantity to go with it. Hobby boxes have 10 total cards, nine of which include signatures. Diamond Icons does have a base set — and everything in it is autographed. More than 60 players make the cut. Like other parts of the checklist, veterans, rookies and retired stars are all part of the mix. And while not all players are on the same level, everyone in the base set is notable in some way. Commons here are relative. Autographed inserts take on a variety of forms and themes. Diamond Icons Autographs, Icons Chrome Autographs, and Icons of the Diamond Autographs all have similar names. Really, the concepts overlap as well with signatures from stars past and present being the draw. For those looking for some memorabilia to compliment things, the 2024 Topps Diamond Icons Baseball checklist has those as well. Autographed Jumbo Patches are among the most common with 25 copies each. Base versions for Single-Player Autographed Relics, Single-Player Dual Team Autographed Relics, Single-Player Autographed Dual Relics and Dual-Player Autographed Relics all max out at 10 copies each. Autographed MLB Silhouetted Batter Logo and Nike Logo Patches are all one-of-ones. Rookies are featured in Autographed First Milestone Cleat Relics (/10). Instead of standard memorabilia pieces, Autograph Diamond Relics (/5), Autographed Diamond in the Rough Relics (/5), and Dual Autographed Diamond Relic Books (/3) have diamonds to go with the ink.
