2025 Bowman Chrome Baseball is one of Topps’ most anticipated products of the year, and this year’s edition includes some exciting new additions to the annual release that debuted all the way back in 1997.

The base set will clock in at 100 cards of high-level rookies and veterans, and collectors will also find a separate 100-card checklist of Chrome Prospects, which includes the coveted “1st Bowman” cards. There will also be 50 Prospects with International Refractors, a concept that debuted in the late 1990s. These cards have backgrounds featuring a player’s native country, and there are also autographed versions.

Collectors will also keep their eyes peeled for short-printed rookie cards that are part of the Red Rookie Redemption program, which allows collectors the opportunity to exchange those rookie cards later on, even years down the road, if a player meets certain criteria.
