The 2025 Topps Five Star Baseball release updates the configuration of this high-end line while keeping the focus on on-card autographs and premium game-used memorabilia that have defined the brand for years.
Hobby boxes of 2025 Topps Five Star Baseball are built around encased, premium cards. Each box contains six packs, and every pack holds one encased card. Collectors can expect five autograph cards per box, with the remaining card being either a base card or a parallel limited to 50 copies or fewer.
Cases are configured with three hobby boxes. Within each case, one box is guaranteed to deliver a special card type, which will be one of the following: an autographed relic card, an acetate autograph, or a colored-ink autograph.
The full size of the base checklist has not yet been revealed, but every base card is serial-numbered to 50 copies. These base cards also branch into additional parallels, all maintaining low print runs to emphasize scarcity.
Base Autographs are another core element of the product. These signed cards are numbered to 199 or less and are supported by multiple colorful parallel tiers, further increasing chase potential for player and team collectors.
The autograph lineup extends beyond single signatures. Collectors can hunt for Dual Autographs, which are limited to 10 copies, and Triple Autographs, which are capped at just 5 copies. These multi-signed cards bring together combinations of stars on a single premium card.
Autographed Jumbo Prime cards spotlight large swatches of prime, game-worn memorabilia paired with on-card signatures. The checklist features a mix of current standouts and retired greats, and these cards are also available in several parallel versions for added rarity.
Golden Graphs and Silver Signatures introduce a distinctive look by using different colored inks for the autographs. Both of these themed autograph sets are numbered to 50 copies, with additional parallel tiers offering even more limited versions.
Baseball Royalty is a showcase insert that highlights elite names from both the modern game and past eras. These cards are further distinguished by a tiered parallel structure, including Blue parallels numbered to 20, Green to 15, Gold to 10, Orange to 5, and Red one-of-one versions.
With its encased format, low-numbered content, and emphasis on on-card signatures and premium memorabilia, 2025 Topps Five Star Baseball continues the brand’s tradition as a high-end destination for collectors chasing standout hits.
