2025 Topps Tier One remains one of the company’s premier high-end products every year, and with several new additions in 2025, collectors can expect another memorable release. Hobby boxes deliver four cards – two autographs, one relic card, and one base or base parallel. In 2024, Topps gave Tier One a base set for the first time since 2011, and collectors will again have base cards and parallels to complement the big hits in 2025 – including an expanded slate of Tier 1 (Legends) and Tier 2 (Veterans) parallels. The third tier of the base set is home to rookies. The primary focus, however, remains on hard-signed autographs and game-used relic cards.
