Netflix is doubling down on the collectibles craze, announcing that “King of Collectibles: The Goldin Touch” will return for a third season. The reality series, which chronicles the non-stop action at Ken Goldin’s renowned auction house, is set to keep following the wheeling and dealing that’s been captivating both hardcore collectors and casual viewers since the show’s launch in 2023.
No word yet on when the new episodes will hit Netflix, but expectations are high. The first two seasons consistently landed in the platform’s Top 10 TV shows and even scored a Critics Choice Real TV Awards nomination for Best Business Show.
Ken Goldin himself is excited for the next chapter. “It is an exciting time in the collectibles industry with new categories emerging, higher stakes and bids, and interest coming from everywhere,” he said, promising more behind-the-scenes access to the industry’s biggest moments. The third season will be produced by Spoke Studios, Omaha Productions (founded by Peyton Manning), and Full Day Productions, all in partnership with eBay, which bought Goldin in 2024.
Goldin Auctions has always been a heavyweight in sports memorabilia and trading cards, but recent moves have expanded the company into pop culture and Hollywood collectibles—including a June acquisition of Studio Auctions, known for rare movie props. In June alone, Card Ladder reported over $32 million in trading card sales through Goldin, helping to push the industry’s monthly total past $300 million.
Of course, no story in collectibles would be complete without a little drama. Goldin recently found itself in a public beef with Fanatics Live CEO Nick Bell. Bell tried to use Ken Goldin’s own Instagram page to promote Fanatics’ collectible auctions, sparking a visible rivalry between two industry giants. The incident only fueled the ongoing competition for dominance in the high-dollar collectibles market.
