old mickey mantle card

I have a 60s era mickey mantle card, but its in pretty bad shape, should i spend the money to get it graded?

I would at least check out ISA. Cheaper and quicker than PSA with a much quicker turn around time. I would be worried that PSA would uocharge me anyway being a Mantle.
