The National Sports Collectors Convention, a marquee event for sports memorabilia enthusiasts, is set to host another thrilling year. Among the many highlights, Panini America’s Redemption/Trade Program stands out as a prime opportunity for collectors to enhance their collections. This year, to provide a more streamlined and efficient service, Panini has instituted an appointment-only system for their Redemption/Trade program.

Pre-Registration: A Must for Participation

Starting July 2 at 10 am CT, Panini opened pre-registration for appointments for their 2024 Customer Service Redemption Program. Unlike previous years, this year's program requires attendees to pre-register to secure a slot. Walk-ups or individuals without an appointment will not be accommodated, ensuring a more organized and manageable process for everyone involved.

How to Qualify

To be eligible for an appointment, collectors must meet specific criteria:

  • Non-expired Redemptions: Only redemptions that have not expired will be accepted.
  • Minimum Open Ticket Duration: The redemption ticket must have been open for at least 120 days.

Scheduling Your Appointment

Appointments are crucial for participating in the Redemption/Trade program, and Panini has allocated a specific number of slots each day of the convention:

  • Wednesday, July 24, 2024: 60 slots available
  • Thursday, July 25, 2024: 92 slots available
  • Friday, July 26, 2024: 92 slots available
  • Saturday, July 27, 2024: 92 slots available
  • Sunday, July 28, 2024: 64 slots available
To book your appointment, visit the Panini Events Page starting from July 2. Given the limited slots, it’s advisable to register as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.

Importance of Pre-Registration

Pre-registration is not just a formality; it is a necessity this year. The move to an appointment-only system is designed to eliminate long wait times and ensure that each participant receives the attention they need. By pre-registering, you help Panini Customer Service manage the flow of attendees and provide a better overall experience.

Deadline for Registration

Registration for the Redemption Program will close on Monday, July 15, 2024. This deadline ensures that all logistics are in place well before the convention, allowing Panini’s team to prepare adequately for the attendees.

Why Participate?

The Panini Redemption/Trade Program is a unique opportunity for collectors to trade in their redemption cards for sought-after items, making it a highly anticipated event within the convention. Whether you’re looking to complete a set or add a rare card to your collection, this program offers a valuable chance to achieve your collecting goals.

Final Thoughts

The 2024 National Sports Collectors Convention promises to be an exciting event for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Panini’s move to an appointment-only Redemption/Trade program reflects their commitment to improving the experience for participants. By pre-registering, attendees can ensure they are part of this exclusive opportunity, making the most of their time at the convention.

Don’t miss out on this chance to enhance your collection and engage with fellow enthusiasts. Visit the Panini Events Page to secure your appointment and prepare for an unforgettable experience at the 2024 National Sports Collectors Convention.
